For the 1st time as it was launched in 2010, Apple may finally be raising the iPad's total storage capacity. As outlined by 9to5Mac, Apple is preparing to push out a 128GB model of the company's popular tablet, joining up the long-standing 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB models. The report points out that sources well-versed in the matter are saying that the larger storage size model offers a modern entry in the present wave of technology, assembling with the same specs, features, and design of the 4th gen iPads.
When considering cost, retail sources have been telling that the 128GB iPad can be purchased in both cellular and Wi-Fi-only variations priced at $929 and $799, respectively. Release dates are not yet revealed.
