Black Ops II Revolution DLC

Activision has finally confirmed the Black Ops II Revolution DLC ! Well, this new DLC brings something we all might have never thought of. Any wild guesses ? Zombies ! You can actually play as a turned zombie, which is actually great. Because if we were to go through a Zombie Apocalypse chances are that we may have been turned, so the game will let you be one of the undead zombies. In addition to that there are fabulous new maps which players will enjoy, of course almost every First Person Shooter DLC has new maps when they get expanded by new DLCs. We all get tired of switching the same gun over and over again. There is a bonus multiplayer weapon, an SMG called Peacekeeper, better get a kill-streak with the new weapon. The Xbox fanatics, great news for you the game will be exclusive on Xbox 360 for 30 days. Let's talk money, the price, it will cost around $14.99 which is equal to 1200 Microsoft Points. And the game is set to hit the shelves on January 29th. So, no need to wait much, once the DLC comes just grab your copy and take that gun and go blasting your way through.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes

When someone says the word " Lego ", we begin to start imagining childish block pieces that we used to play with, but now this is not the case since Warner Bros announcing Lego Marvel Super Heroes and polishing it's graphics and giving Lego a new edge, the game will be unique, guess why ?, because it's the first of it's kind featuring Marvel Super Heroes. Till now we have only heard Lego favoring DC characters, batman, superman, come on I bet you know more of them since they are all popular. If you are thinking , " Legos are just toys, this will be another game that's not going to sell well. ", think again. Imagine how the Avengers fans would want to test out their lego versions of superheroes like Captain America, The Incredible Hulk and many others. Also, one other thing to be noted  Lego used to make blocks......still does, so it is obvious that it has released it's series of Toys with accordance to the Game, which many children would when playing will be like " Oh look, my toy is in the video game ! ". All right enough of thinking about sales, now since we are talking about the game we must also know what story it'll follow. Now I don't want to give you people the spoilers, come on build a bit of anxiety and suspense. But, yeah the game is going to be about Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Wolverine, Spiderman and other heroes of the Marvel Universe to save the Earth from Loki and Galactus, the Devourer of Worlds. There will be literally over 100 characters to unlock and many more collectible goodies. The game will be available on PS3, Xbox 360, Playstation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS and the PC this autumn. These days, lego toys seem to be interactive ones............just joking. Marvel fans are going to get what they are craving for provided they are ready to save the world lego style.

Pokémon X and Pokémon Y

For the first time in history Nintendo announced Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, two brand new series of 3D pokemon games that will launch for the Nintendo 3DS. The game has 3 new starter pokemons respectively, Foxy Fennekin - Fire Type, Chespin - Grass type and Froakie - Water type.  Series director Junichi Masuda said "We brought Pokémon into an entirely new dimension and we’re incredibly excited to bring Pokémon X and Pokémon Y  to fans. The stunning visuals, a completely redesigned environment, game scenario, music, and communication features will bring smiles to the faces of video game players around the world." Meanwhile the CEO of the Pokémon Company, Tsunekazu Ishihara said  "The worldwide launch of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y this October allows players to begin their adventures at the same time. Now, Pokémon fans across the globe can discover the secrets of Pokémon games and can collect, battle, and trade with each other immediately." Asus crams Android and Windows into one Tablet

The company that paired up with Google to make the Nexus 7, has made a new tablet that runs on both Android and Windows. That's right ASUS has introduced The Asus Transformer AiO with a stunning 18.4 inch display. Being dual OS, you can switch between Windows 8 or Android 4.1, not quite a Hybrid but rather a combination of 2 in 1. It's Docking station is powered by a powerful Intel Core i5 or i7 processor while the tablet itself is powered by the Nvidia Tegra 3 processor. The device roughly weighs about 5.7 pounds, but at the same time what's the use of an 18 inch tablet when you can buy a great gaming laptop in it's place. Regarding the pricing, the Asus Transformer AiO starts at $1299 for the core i5 comes with a 1TB hard drive and 32 GB EMMC storage, which is quite solid. Look at how the power of laptops is transforming on to tablets. So, if you are confused of getting a tablet that runs on windows or android, the Asus Transformer AiO is your best bet.

40 Billion App Store Downloads

Apple announced that more than 40 billion apps have been downloaded from the app store and nearly half of them in 2012, a great news to give the app store a kick-start this year. According to Apple there are more than 500 million active accounts. Apps from the app store are available in 155 countries across 23 categories. Apple seems to be prevailing on top of it's competitor Android, especially when it is smartphone gaming, developers generally develop games for the iOS first and then later on Android due to the variations in smartphones. “It has been an incredible year for the iOS developer community.Developers have made over seven billion dollars on the App Store, and we continue to invest in providing them with the best ecosystem so they can create the most innovative apps in the world.” said Apple senior vice president of Internet Software and Services Eddy Cue. Developers seem to be very much interested in releasing games on smartphone platforms these days. With the success of graphical intense games such as Infinity Blade, Avenger's Initiative and many more the app store is becoming targeted by developers all over the world. Not only games, but many other apps such as Apple's Keynote, FlipBoard and many others are also notably successive. Apple is for sure getting a hold on the Apps market.
